My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, modern, and fully equipped with kitchen supplies, making it very convenient. However, the lack of coffee pods for the coffee maker was a bit disappointing. The service was exceptional from the day of check-in, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my parents were comfortable during a difficult time. The location was safe and within walking distance of many businesses and restaurants, making it very convenient. The dining options were convenient and varied, perfect for a quick bite. Overall, a great value for the money.

The hotel's room left much to be desired, resembling a setting from the late 1980s with worn-out furnishings, uncomfortable bedding, and minimal amenities provided. On the bright side, the service was exceptional and the location perfect for exploring the area.

Staying at this Residence Inn was an absolute delight! The rooms were so comfortable and clean, typical for Residence Inn, but with granite countertops and bright, modern colors. The service was first-rate, very attentive, and accommodating, with good vibes all around. The location is outstanding, within a retail/residential/business park with multiple restaurants, shops, and Starbucks at your fingertips. The dining experience, while good, could have offered a tad more variety, especially for breakfast. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
